Founding Full-Stack Engineer (Senior / Lead)

📍 Limassol, Cyprus | Hybrid (2–3 days in the office), with an option to go fully remote

Alesium is a startup lab in Limassol, since 2008. We're looking for a founding engineer to build a fintech product where a bug costs real money 🚀

Stack:

• TypeScript, Node (NestJS, Fastify), React
• PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker
• Rust is a plus

How we work:

• Shape Up cycles: 1–2 weeks → working result
• No daily stand-ups, no Jira
• AI tools and hardware paid by us

Requirements:

• Daily work with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor)
• Shipped systems where a bug costs money
• You design, ship and run what you build

🗣 English at work; Russian and Ukrainian welcome

🏠 Living in Cyprus or ready to relocate
